Welcome to the Buncombe County Register of Deeds website. The goal of this site is to help our community find the information they need in a user-friendly way. On this site you will find an online database of recorded deeds dating back to the late 1880’s as well as information about obtaining marriage licenses, birth certificates, death certificates and military discharges.

It is our goal to continue to bring new technology to help give you the information you need quickly and easily.
