  • Entire facility - $10,000 annually for 10 years or $22,500 annually for five years
  • Large picnic shelter - $500 annually
  • Small picnic shelter - $350 annually
    
• Buncombe County Sports Park
  • Entire facility - $10,000 annually for 10 years or $22,500 annually for five years
  • Concession stand - $5,000 annually for five years
  • A soccer field - $5,000 one time donation and $1,250 annually for five years
  • Walking trail - $2,500 annually for five years
  • League, tournament, camp or picnic shelter - $1,500 annually for five years
  • Tree - $500 annually for five years
    
• Zeugner Center
• Entire facility - $2,500 annually for 10 years or $7,500 annually for five years
• Indoor swimming pool - $750 annually
  
• River Parks
  • Entire facility (a total of seven parks) - $2,500 annually for 10 years or $7,500 annually for five years
    
• Karpen Soccer Fields
  • Entire facility - $1,250 annually for 10 years
    
• North Buncombe Soccer Field
  • Entire facility - $1,250 annually for 10 years
    
• Skyland Soccer Fields
  • Entire facility - $1,250 annually for ten years
    
• Outdoor Swimming Pools
  • Entire facility (a total of six) - $10,000 annually for ten years or $22,500 annually for five years
    
• Charles D. Owen Park
  • Entire facility - $5,000 annually for 10 years or $12,500 annually for five years
    
• Hominy Valley Park
  • Entire facility - $5,000 annually for 10 years or $12,500 annually for five years
    
• North Buncombe Park
  • Entire facility - $5,000 annually for 10 years or $12,500 annually for five years
    

Recreation Division:

• Senior Sightseers - $250 annually
• Mountain Select Soccer Camp - $500 annually
• Swimming Lessons - $250 annually
• Special Olympics - $500 annually (Due to state regulations naming rights cannot be sold for Special Olympics. However, name(s) can be added on the t-shirts for the Special Olympic Spring Games.)
• Asheville-Buncombe County Youth Council - $500 annually
• Dance Classes - $250 annually
