From Asheville take I-40 West and take Exit #44. At end of
ramp turn right on to Smoky Park Highway and travel 1.5 mile
- turn left on to Sand Hill School Road and travel .3 mile
- turn right on to Enka Lake Road and travel 1.2 mile - turn
left on to Twin Lakes Drive and travel .1 mile - see park
at end of street.

This facility offers five baseball/softball fields, outdoor
sand volleyball court, swimming pool, playground, restrooms,
tennis courts, picnic tables and concession stand (during
baseball/softball games).

Hominy Valley Park is open during daylight hours.

- Destruction of plants, animals, and wildlife prohibited
- Swimming prohibited in lakes and ponds
- Vehicles on grass or foot trails prohibited
- Maximum speed is 15 mph
- Parking prohibited in non-designated areas
- Vending of goods or merchandise prohibited
- Park signs shall not be removed
- Persons may not enter any facility from which they may
have been prohibited
- Permit required for certain use of parks
- Dogs must be on a leash
- Possession of weapons prohibited
- Alcoholic beverages prohibited / permit only
- No dumping garbage in county parks
- Violators subject to prosecution pursuant to NCGS Section
153A-123(B) & 14-4
