Not crazy about kale? Baffled by bok choy? Learn more about cooking fresh veggies with Chef Donna McCrain. She’ll demonstrate cooking techniques and share hints for enjoying herbs and garden vegetables. She’ll also share favorite recipes and plenty of delicious dishes to sample!
Chef McCrain directs the Culinary Technology program at the Eliada School of Trade Arts, is chef for dining services on the Eliada Homes campus, and also has experience as a culinary instructor with A-B Tech. Please join us for a free evening of learning and tasting! All ages welcome.
