Career Planning

Career Planning is an ongoing process that involves three stages:

  1. Self-Assessment - identify your strengths, skills, preferences and interests.

  2. Career Exploration – learn about various occupations that utilize your strengths and skills, and involve your interests and preferences. You will be happiest and most productive in these types of jobs.

  3. Job Search – learn strategies for locating job opportunities in the occupations of interest to you.

As a starting point for Self-Assessment, you might want to attend our Career Assessment workshop. See the Workshops section for a full description of all available workshops.
