To sign up for service, call 258-0186 and choose option 5 between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. An answering machine is available after-hours, on weekends and on holidays.

Please provide the passenger's name, street address, phone number, date of birth and social security number. Other information may be requested if eligibility guidelines apply.

Agencies may complete a Mountain Mobility Authorization and Certification Form for clients who need to sign up for service. Authorization forms may be faxed or emailed to mountainmobility@buncombecounty.org. An electronic form is available upon request.
