Equalization And Review Board

Members: 5 members
Term: 1 year term - no more than 6 consecutive terms
Members receive $75 per meeting
Purpose: to hear and review appeals of valuation and taxable property located within Buncombe County as set forth in NCGS 105-322 of the Machinery Act.
Meetings: as needed and held in Room 204 of the Buncombe County Courthouse in downtown Asheville.  For information on their next meeting call 250-4959.
