Directions & Parking

Traveling From The West:

Take Exit 5B, Charlotte Street, from 240 East.  At the top of the exit ramp, turn right at the traffic light.  At the bottom of the hill, turn right onto College St. The Courthouse is the large tan brick building directly on the left. 

Traveling From The East:

Take Exit 5B, Charlotte Street, from 240 West.  At the end of the exit ramp, turn left across the bridge.  Proceed through the traffic light and get in the right hand lane.  At the bottom of the hill, turn right onto College St.  The Courthouse is the large, tan, brick building directly on the left.

Parking:

Metered parking is available in the front of the courthouse.

Office Location

The Register of Deeds Office is on the first floor of the Courthouse. Please enter through the main entrance on College St. and take the elevator or stairs to the first floor.
