Pursuant to General Statutes of North Carolina Section 143-129, as amended, sealed bids and proposals will be received by the Buncombe County Finance Department for the following items:
All bids are due by 3:00 p.m. o’clock May 20, 2008, and should be submitted electronically through the Buncombe County electronic bidding system. The system can be accessed at: BuncombeCounty.org/governing/depts/Purchasing/vendorReg.asp
Received bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m., May 21, 2008. Buncombe County reserves the right to postpone the bid opening.
An electronic copy of this Request for Proposal may be obtained from the Buncombe County Web Site at BuncombeCounty.org, hold cursor over “Departments”, choose “Purchasing“, then “Supplier Registration and Bidding Opportunities”.
