Coming off of I-40 West:

• Take the I-240 West exit towards Asheville (exit #53B)
• Merge onto I-240 West. Take the Charlotte Street exit (#5B)
• Turn left onto Charlotte Street
• Stay on Charlotte Street for two-tenths mile
• Turn right onto College Street
• At the roundabout, go around ¾ of the circle to Valley Street.  46 Valley Street will be on your left
• Metered parking is available along Valley Street

Coming from I-26 West:

• Merge onto I-240 E toward ASHEVILLE / US-70 / UNC ASHEVILLE
• Merge onto I-240 E via EXIT 3B toward ASHEVILLE
• Take EXIT 5B- toward CHARLOTTE ST.
• Turn right onto Charlotte Street
• Stay on Charlotte Street for two-tenths mile
• Turn right onto College Street
• At the roundabout, go around ¾ of the circle to Valley Street.  46 Valley Street will be on your left

Coming off of I-40 East:

• Merge onto I-240 E via EXIT 46B on the LEFT toward ASHEVILLE
• Merge onto I-240 E via EXIT 3B toward ASHEVILLE
• Take EXIT 5B- toward CHARLOTTE ST.
• Turn right onto Charlotte Street
• Stay on Charlotte Street for two-tenths mile
• Turn right onto College Street
