On Tuesday, March 12 at 6:30 pm, the Enka-Candler Library will host author J. Terry Hall. Dr. Hall will talk about his two books, Notes From the Chalkboard: Teacher Tales from the Mountains of North Carolina and A Matter of Conscience, a pre-Civil War tale.
