Admittance to the Emergency Services area is restricted; assure you are expected and properly authorized to enter.

Coming from the East on I-40;

• Exit I-40 at exit 53 B and follow to I-240 West
• Follow I-240 toward Downtown Asheville
• Exit I-240 at the Charlotte Street exit (#5 B) and turn left onto Charlotte Street.
• Follow Charlotte Street to the second traffic light (intersection with College St)
• Turn right on College Street and take an immediate right at the traffic circle on Oak Street (becomes Woodfin Street).

Coming from the West on I-40;

• Exit I-40 at exit 45; the I-240 connector.
• Follow I-240 East toward Downtown Asheville
• Exit I-240 at Charlotte Street (exit 5 B), turn right on Charlotte Street
• Follow Charlotte Street to the second traffic light (intersection with College St)
• Turn right on College Street and take an immediate right at the traffic circle on Oak Street (becomes Woodfin Street).

Coming in on I-26;

• Follow I-26 to the I-240 Interchange; follow I-240 into Downtown Asheville.
• Exit I-240 at Charlotte Street (exit 5 B), turn right on Charlotte Street.
• Follow Charlotte Street to the second traffic light (intersection with College St)
• Turn right on College Street and take an immediate right at the traffic circle on Oak Street (becomes Woodfin Street).

Parking

Emergency Services is located in the Health Center, parking is limited and often difficult to find. Metered parking is available on several streets surrounding the Health Center. Most surrounding parking lots are private and limited to permitted vehicles.
