60 Court Plaza (Room 204) in downtown Asheville beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Public Comment is taken during the work session which begins at 4 p.m.  Citizens must sign up for public comment prior to 4:10 p.m. and are limited to 3 minutes. Public Comment is also taken at the end of the meeting as listed below. No sign in is required and speakers are limited to 3 minutes.
