Buncombe County Board of Commissioners' Pre-Meeting - March 19, 2019

Beginning March 19, 2019, the Buncombe County Board of Commissioners began to conduct pre-meetings to get more information from staff on discussions taking place during future regular meetings. No formal votes will take place during these meetings, but by recording them it is a better way to inform the public of upcoming County discussions and a more transparent look into their local governing process.
