Please join Land Records in congratulating Kyle Keath. He recently completed the requirements to become a Certified Property Mapper by the North Carolina Secretary of State Land Records Program. This is a great accomplishment for Kyle who had to complete the NCPMA Mapping School and the UNC School of Government Fundamentals of Listing and Assessing courses.
The state certification requirements ensure that property mappers who are employed by local governments are knowledgeable of new technologies and laws that affect Land Records Departments. It is the goal of Land Records to have all mappers state certified in 2019 and then maintain that certification through continuing education courses.
Kyle is a GIS Technician I who just started his second year of employment with the Land Records Department.
