Every year, the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project (ASAP) gathers together local farmers throughout Buncombe County to take place in a farm tour. In this tour, participants will have a chance to learn about and taste locally grown foods. You can taste farm-fresh products, visit with farm animals, and meet the community's food and fiber producers. It's taking place on Friday and Saturday, June 24th & 25th, from noon - 5pm. Where it's taking place is completely up to you as there are 22 farms you have the option of visiting. The cost is $30 each to be a part of this wonderful farm tour and local food movement.
