2017 Senior Champion Nominations Now Open!
The Breakfast of Senior Champions is an opportunity to recognize notable older adults in the community.
Do you know an ordinary but exceptional person over 60 who has made a difference in your life or in the community? Nominate them to be a Senior Champion. This is an amazing opportunity to collectively celebrate and recognize notable older adults in our community!
This year's Breakfast will be held at the Deerfield Retirement Community in the Blue Ridge Room. Breakfast will be catered by Green Opportunities' GO Kitchen. Ken Ullmer, of Asheville Radio Group will be the MC for the program. The keynote speaker will be Tommy Hays, an acclaimed local author and the Executive Director of the Great Smokies Writing Program and Lecturer in the Master of Liberal Arts and Sciences program at UNC Asheville.
