Vaya Health is conducting a survey to find out what people living in 23 Western North Carolina counties think about the availability of services for mental health needs, substance use issues and intellectual or developmental disabilities in their local communities.
Our Community Needs Assessment Survey gives you the opportunity to tell us what services are needed and share other information important to you. The survey is open from Monday, January 16, through Friday, January 27.
