Cycle to Farm: Sandy Mush

If you’re a cyclist in Buncombe County, then you should definitely check out the Cycle to Farm Program. It’s a metric century ride through the beautiful farmlands of our area, with multiple stops along the way to meet the farmers and pick up some fresh produce, which will be transported to the finish line party for your convenience.

  • Cycle to Farms: Sandy Mush
  • Saturday, October 1
  • New Belgium Brewery in Asheville
  • Starts at 8am that morning (pick up packet at 7am)

In addition to the ride, you can expect free locally-roasted coffee, a snack served at the start, bike mechanic support, SAG Vehicles on the course if you need assistance, EMS personnel, Cycling Ambassadors, a well-marked route, and a detailed cue sheet of the route. You’ll also be able to get some cool swag from local sponsors. Stick around after the ride for the great after party. Bounty and Soul will store all of your farm purchases in their refrigerated truck while you enjoy the after party.
