If you're a cyclist here in Buncombe County, a great event you should take part in is Cycle to Farm. It's a metric century (62 mile) bicycle tour of the local farms and the beautiful scenery in our region. Plus, there are multiple stops all along the way so you can sample some of the fresh produce offered at local farms.
It's taking place on Tuesday, July 26 beginning at 8AM. Also, anything you purchase from the farms along the route will be delivered for you to the finish line, where you'll take part in a fabulous after party.
