Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-129, sealed bids and proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division for the County of Buncombe for the following:

Bids for each event will be due on, September 26, 2016 at 3:30 pm (EST) and must be submitted electronically through the Buncombe County electronic bidding system. The system can be accessed at the Buncombe County website. http://www.buncombecounty.org/governing/depts/Purchasing
