The Board of Elections will convene in an emergency meeting on Thursday, December 6 at 9:00 a.m.
The emergency meeting is to comply with the State Board of Elections order to conduct (as expeditiously as possible) a full hand-eye recount in the County Commission District 2 race.
The meeting will take place in the Board of Elections Board Room, 2nd floor of the Stanley Center (35 Woodfin Street) in Asheville. The counting will also take place in the Elections Board Room and in the Election Services Administrative office (first floor of 35 Woodfin Street Building).
