This page offers our citizens the opportunity to come to a centralized location to learn about all of the various properties that are available at any given time. The Buncombe County Board of Commissioners will accept an offer to purchase the following properties. Anyone interested in placing a bid must deposit 5 percent of their bid with the Clerk to the Board, 205 College Street, Suite 300, Asheville.
