What is Kindess Matters?

Now more than ever, in these difficult times, our attitudes toward each other and those we serve have great consequence. Being kind can be the one thing we can do to make life easier for all of us. Most of the time we are just too busy to notice simple acts of kindness.

It’s worth the time to acknowledge your fellow employees for being kind and make it part of your day to “commit” acts of kindness yourself. When you witness someone doing something kind, give them a card. You’ll be amazed how watching for kindness will make you more aware of how badly needed it really is.
