Visit Lake Julian Park! The 26 acre park is located on the banks of lovely Lake Julian, just off Long Shoals Road in South Asheville.
The lake is a well known fishing lake brimming with Large Mouth Bass, Bluegill and Tilapia. Anglers can fish from the shore, from the pier or from a fishing boat. Boats are available for rental at the Lake Julian Park Marina. The fishing pier is handicapped accessible.
Bring the whole family and plan to spend the day at Lake Julian Park. Picnic shelters are available for rental. There are also picnic tables and grills located throughout the park that can be used on a first come/first served basis. Also available first come/first served are horseshoe pits and a sand volleyball court.
