Volunteers Needed for Clean Streams Day - May 18

Looking for a way to make an instant difference in your community? Do you want to help us clean up our rivers and streams? 

Asheville Greenworks is looking for volunteers to help clean up our creeks, streams and rivers. The event will be Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Boats, Canoes, Kayaks are also needed.

  • French Broad River
  • Hominy Creek
  • Mud Creek
  • Clear Creek
  • Town Branch
  • and more...

Grab a group of friends, or just yourself, and help us clean up the rivers and streams in our community. You’ll improve your surroundings and set a great example for others.
