The Council on Aging of Buncombe County announces the following Medicare Choices Made Easy classes to be held at:
- South Buncombe Branch Library: August 8, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
- Swannanoa Branch Library: August 9, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- UNCA Reuter Center: September 21, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
The purpose of the class is to inform people who are new to Medicare or have questions as to how the program works, what additional coverage options are available, ways to save money and answer questions regarding the program.
The class is free and open to the public. People who are about to enroll or recently enrolled in Medicare should attend, as well as caregivers and others who help senior citizens with their Medicare insurance.
