Disease Control
|
The Disease Control Division provides investigation,
surveillance, and prevention activities necessary
to control communicable diseases and to protect
the health of the public. Available services include
immunizations, screening and treatment for sexually
transmitted diseases, HIV counseling and testing,
tuberculosis testing and treatment, communicable
disease monitoring, and education and information
to the professional community and the general
public.

- Adult Vaccination Program (Medicaid,
Medicare, Self pay)
- Foreign Travel Vaccination Program (Self

For an appointment in the Foreign Travel Clinic
please call 250-5096. All other immunization services
are available on a walk-in basis from Monday through
Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with extended hours on Monday
and Thursday until 6:30.
STD, HIV and TB appointments are available Monday
through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm by calling 250-5109.
