A public hearing on the proposed Rural Operating Assistance Program (ROAP) application to be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation will be held on October 21 at 4:30 p.m. at the Buncombe County Commission Chambers, located at 200 College Street Suite 326 in downtown Asheville, NC 28801.
Buncombe County will provide auxiliary aids and services under the ADA for disabled persons who wish to participate in the hearing. Anyone requiring special services should contact Kathy Hughes at the Buncombe County Clerk’s office (kathy.hughes@buncombecounty.org) as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made.
