With all the holiday festivals going on, don't forget about the annual Black Mountain Holiday Parade and Circle of Lights this December. The parade always draws a big crowd downtown, and ends at Lake Tomahawk for the Circle of Lights featuring music, luminaries, hot cocoa and snacks, and Santa himself!
