What is a "Wicable"? It's an easy and fun recipe....using ingredients that are part of the WIC Nutrition Program.
Breakfast Wraps
Here are your ingredients!
Makes 3 wraps:
Eggs (6)
handful of shredded cheese
8” wheat tortillas (3)
black beans (drained, 6 tbsp)
avocado (1/2)
diced tomato (1)
diced onion (1)
PREPARATION
Whisk eggs and scramble. While scrambling, add cheese. Warm tortillas over stovetop or in microwave. Divide eggs among tortillas, add black beans, avocado, tomato, and onion. Wrap and serve. Freeze for later!
