The WNC Regional Air Quality Agency Board is hosting a drop in reception to honor and thank David Brigman for his 29+ years of service to the agency and citizens of Buncombe County. The reception will take place prior to the Agency’s Board meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 3-4 p.m. in the meeting room of the Buncombe County Permit Office at 30 Valley St., Asheville, NC. Mr. Brigman will also be recognized at the beginning of the Board meeting at 4 p.m.
