Sign Up For Services

To sign up for service, call (828) 250-6750 and choose option 5 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. An answering machine is available after-hours, on weekends and on holidays.

Please provide the passenger's name, street address, phone number, date of birth and social security number. Other information may be requested if eligibility guidelines apply.

Agencies may complete a Mountain Mobility Authorization and Certification Form for clients who need to sign up for service. Authorization forms may be faxed to (828) 252-0367. An electronic form is available upon request.
