3. SIGN the form. If completing the form online, please be aware that signatures cannot be typed or inserted as a font. Use of a stylus or touchpad is permissible, so long as the signature is unique to the voter.
4. Return the form to Buncombe County Election Services in one of the following ways:
   • NOTE: Absentee Ballot Request forms must be mailed or hand delivered by the voter or the voter's near relative. They CANNOT be emailed or faxed.
