Every child deserves a wish come true. The holidays are full of uncertainty and questions for foster children. Questions like, "Will Santa find my new house?" or "Will anyone remember me this Christmas?"
The Wish List is a Buncombe County program aimed at making sure foster children in our care get a present this holiday season.
There are 2 easy ways to find a foster child’s wish list:
- Go to mymix965.com and click on Christmas is for Kids to find the child or children you would like to sponsor, and enter your contact information. You are welcome to select more than one wish list.
- If you would like to talk with us about sponsoring a child’s wish list, call (828) 367-8487 or email Renaye.Owen@buncombecounty.org.
Then, either wrap gifts or place them in a large bag with a label that includes: Child’s Name, Age, and number on the wish.
