The WNC Regional Air Quality Agency held a public hearing regarding the renewal of the air quality permit for the Duke Energy Progress Plant in Arden. While the rules do not require a public hearing for the renewal of a Title V permit, a hearing was requested by the Sierra Club and WNC Regional Air felt a hearing was appropriate. Attached are the comments and other documents regarding said hearing.
