“As a chef and restaurant owner, I value food and where it comes. We bought our Thanksgiving heritage bird from Franny’s Farm last year and plan to for years to come. I can appreciate these birds are raised on pasture for over 6 months and processed on the farm. The farmers shared great recipes and cooking techniques and note they taste amazing, cook in a fraction of the time and more dark meat! Don’t forget to cook those bones afterwards.”
