60 Court Plaza (Room 204) in downtown Asheville beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Public Comment is taken during the work session which begins at 4 p.m.  Citizens must sign up for public comment prior to 4:10 p.m. and are limited to 3 minutes. Public Comment is also taken at the end of the meeting as indicated below.

• The next meeting of the Board of Commissioners will be June 3 beginning at 4:30 p.m. A pre-session will be held at 4 p.m.

• A public hearing on the County's FY 09 budget will be held as part of the June 3 regular meeting.

• The County Commissioners will be hosting the Board and Commission Volunteer Luncheon at the Reuter Center on the Campus of UNC-Asheville at noon on May 21

• The County Commissioners will be attending the County Employee picnic on May 29 at noon at Martin Luther King Park in downtown Asheville
